Resync

Sometimes, uploaded videos from a local file may not be encoded properly causing buffering/compiling issues on Step 3 or even audio/video sync issues when downloaded.

 To make sure that manually uploaded files are processed correctly, please try using the Resync option when uploading as shown here: 

Let me know when you've given that a try and how it goes then I'll refund the hours used for the reupload.
