Sermon Live Dashboard Explained

The Sermon Live Dashboard is your main control center for managing recorded services, translations, and dubbed videos.

What Is the Sermon Live Dashboard?

The dashboard serves as your home base where you can:

  • Manage your recordings
  • View and search past services
  • Download translations and recordings
  • Access Sermon Shots support

Accessing the Dashboard

Once logged in, click on Dashboard **under **Sermon Live.

Key Features

At the top of the dashboard, you can customize your stream link.

This creates a cleaner, easier-to-share URL for your congregation.

Why this is helpful:

  • Easier to remember
  • Looks more professional
  • Great for church websites and social media

2. Automatic Stream Archive

All of your live streams are automatically archived after each service.

You don’t need to manually save anything—your past services will always be available in the dashboard.

3. Search Past Services

You can quickly find a past sermon using the search bar.

Example:

If your sermon was titled “Trust in God”, type that into the search field and it will appear in the results.

4. Download Translations

For each archived service, you can download:

  • Text translation
  • **Audio translation **(if you have Audio plan)

These downloads are useful for:

  • Follow-up emails
  • Outreach
  • Record keeping
  • Sharing with members who speak other languages

5. Video Generated After Each Service

Once your service ends, Sermon Live automatically generates a .mp4 video (usually within a few minutes).

You can download:

  • The translated video
  • The original video
  • The audio file
  • The text transcription

These files can be used to:

  • Create clips for non-English-speaking members
  • Share highlights
  • Archive your services

6. Built-In Support Access

If you ever need help, you can contact the Sermon Shots support team directly from the dashboard by clicking on the Discord icon.

Support is available — even on Sundays.
