Sermon Shots - Uploading Videos via Direct Resi Integration

You can connect your Resi account directly to Sermon Shots using our API Integration. This allows you to upload recorded videos that are already saved in your Resi account to Sermon Shots with just a few clicks.


API Integration Setup


Step 1: Get Your Resi API Credentials
  1. Log in to your Resi account at Resi.io
  2. In Resi Studio, go to Settings → API Clients
  3. Click to create a new API Client
  4. Copy your Client ID and Client Secret (you'll need both)


Step 2: Connect Resi to Sermon Shots
  1. Log in to your Sermon Shots account at app.sermonshots.com
  2. Click Upload Video and select Resi.io
  3. You'll see a dialog asking for your credentials
  4. Paste your Client ID into the first field
  5. Paste your Client Secret into the second field
  6. Click Connect

That's it! Now, when you need to upload a video to Sermon Shots, you can just choose from your video library. Just click on Upload Video > Resi.io:

 

And your playlists/videos will appear

Troubleshooting


API Connection Issues?
  • Double-check that you copied your Client ID and Client Secret correctly (no extra spaces)
  • Make sure your Resi API Client is active and not deleted
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting in Sermon Shots
